Onboarding Process for Video Meetings

Please follow our Seven-Step Guide to sync up your AI note taker for video meetings to Evoa


  1. Create a Sembly.ai account


2. Enable Webhook in Sembly.ai

  • Follow the simple steps in this Loom Video

  • Use this Webhook endpoint - Webhook


3. Notify Evoa Team


4. Run Test

  • Run a test call with Sembly.ai agent attending 

  • Conduct a video call on any platform where your Sembly agent can attend

  • Have the meeting last at least 5 minutes


5. Test Confirmation

  • Evoa team confirms the data is being sent from Sembly to Evoa


6. Live Run

  • Include your Sembly.ai agent on a real sales related conversation

  • This can be a discovery, pitch, closing, etc...


7. Final Confirmation

  • Part of Evoa is making sure only sales related meetings are processed and included in the daily email reports and analytics

  • We are now able to start your daily reports, and share access to the analytics dashboard


+. Custom Integrations

Should you already have your meetings recorded in an existing system, it is possible for Evoa to set up a custom integration to capture the data. 


Example: Call recordings are housed in existing software. Evoa team will create a custom integration to capture call recordings and have them transcribed. 


The process to set up a custom integration to Evoa is as follows. 

  1. Discovery call and session with Evoa tech team.

  2. Gather requirements.

  3. Research API documentation of your platform.

  4. Confirm API of platform provides what is needed.

  5. Adjust pricing of Evoa to accommodate custom integration if needed

  6. Start build out of custom integration

  7. Finalize integration

  8. Run test by passing in meeting data from integration to Evoa

  9. Evoa team confirms integration is operational
